  1. Complete the Household registration form. You only need to do this once per household.
  2. After completing the form you will receive links to register each student, adult or guest in  your household.
  3. Fill Out Medical, Indemnification, and Release forms.


Registration Fees

  • Student – $625 before May 1; $650 on May 1 or after
  • Counselor – $470
  • First Time Churches – please contact the director David Poteet ( about our discount for first-time churches.
  • Multi-Child Discount – $25 discount for multiple children from the same family


You can cancel your registration up through June 30th and receive a refund of all but $50 of your registration fee. There will be no refunds for cancellations after June 30th unless you have a positive Covid test or have been exposed to someone who has tested positive within 10 days of the start of camp.

If you have to cancel because you have tested positive for COVID 19 or have been exposed to someone with COVID 19 within 10 days of the start of camp, you will receive a full refund.
