Stu KernsWe’re excited to announce that Stu Kerns will be our evening speaker for YXL Glorieta 2009. Stu is the senior pastor at Zion Church PCA in Lincoln, Nebraska. He’s been a favorite speaker at YXL over the years, since his first seminar with us in 1991. He’s a youth guy from way back, having taught high school before going to Covenant Seminary. Under Stu’s leadership Zion Church has planted two daughter churches in the Lincoln area. Stu is married to Kelli and they have three children: Lindsay, Bryson, and Schyler.

Stu will be unfolding our theme “Called to Action!” out of 1 Peter.

David attended YXL first as a student (from Christ Pres in Tulsa) back in the 80s, then as a counselor, then he joined the board of directors, and now he's part of the planning team for YXL Horn Creek. David is an elder at Grace Covenant Presbyterian Church in Blacksburg, Virginia, where he lives with his wife Tish and their children Rachel and Joshua. David is the founder and president of NewCity, an interactive agency based in Blacksburg.
